A work from home space can be created for you elsewhere in the townhome, if necessary. Walking distance to downtown Belmont, 20 mins to uptown Charlotte, 8-10 mins from Airport. Utilities are split 1/2, and are relatively low. You will also have access to a 2 car garage to share.

I am currently the only person living in the home, and I have a hybrid schedule of working in office and working from home. I am relatively quiet throughout the day, but socially active on the weekends, traveling, going on the lake, etc. I am very clean and keep the common areas super clean. Roommate must be clean and respectful of all furnishings and care of the home.
