After utilities the rent ranges from 700$-750$ a month depending on the electric bill. Small, one-person room with a walk in closet in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom townhouse. The room is big enough to have a bed, a desk, and drawers and you also have a walk-in closet. You would share a bathroom with one other person.

One parking space available. There is a small patio perfect for yoga/relaxing and a great park close by for exercise/walking. There is also a pool and tennis courts. There are cheap washer/dryer units at the housing complex (but not in the unit). Lastly, there is a nice cat who lives at the complex who likes to hangout with people when you are on the patio.

The townhouse itself is about 1-1.5 miles away from FIU’s south campus on SW 107th making it a great place for students.

Myself and my wife live in the master bedroom while our other roommate is a graduate engineering student at FIU (who you would be sharing the bathroom with). I am also a graduate student at FIU and most of our time at home is dedicated to working and relaxing. The thing we are looking for in a roommate is someone who is clean and quiet. While having friends over is totally fine we do not want anyone who will be throwing parties.
