It is a Private gated HOA community, you will have a private room with key to your room you will Share the bathroom, you will have a Microwave, small refrigerator, in your room but you must get your own cable and internet. You will have use of the kitchen, and front door parking. The room will be on a month to month agreement. No smoking, Drugs and alcohol free. No men allowed, What you do outside of the house is non of my business. No overnight guess.
