Lea's room

My name is Lea and I’m looking for a third roommate to stay with my friend and I. We have a three bedroom at campus walk in university and have a vacancy in the middle room! The leases would be separate and all utilities are included for a total of 575! We’d all probably be moving in together so it’s not furnished.

I’m 21, I study at UNCC and I currently work as a server and as a case aide at the refugee resettlement agency. I’m pretty chill, usually at work, and I do have a cat! My friend is 28, he also works as a case aide, and he just moved to the country from Afghanistan! We would prefer the third roommate be a girl I will be in the smallest room, utilizing the shared bathroom- and my friend will be in the master with a private bathrooms so they won’t have to be CO-ED.
