About the room
The town home is a 5 bed/5 bath house. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. It also includes a kitchen, living room, and a 2-3 car garage (we will already have 2 cars within current 3 roommates).
Rent is $3100/month total, $620 if we get 5 people and $775 for 4 people. Bills and internet costs are not included (we are going to estimate a range around $60-$90). This is a 1 year lease, from August 2022 - July 2023.
The property management will contact us sometime August to fix the move-in date, along with finishing up the final steps. The August 1st availability date is a placeholder, but we will move in sometime that month.
