We are looking for Clean and Responsible persons to rent a room in a rental house. It is a house for professionals, Post graduates, and college students. Full kitchen, air conditioning, wifi-internet and Cleaning crew cleans Kitchen, bathroom and public area twice a month.

Locations: 0.25-1 mile ( 2-3 min. drive or 10-15 minutes walking to the campus) from California State University Northridge (CSUN) 4.00 miles from Van Nuys Airport 3.00 miles from I-405, 3.00 miles from the CA-118.

How Much?

Master bedroom with private bathroom: $1,000 plus$150 flat utilities fee, wifi, cleaning service to kitchen, bathrooms and public areas. Deposit: one month rent.

lease preferred and renewable thereafter.

Master bedroom with private bathroom with shared kitchen. Regular private room with shared bathroom and kitchen. Open to anyone who is drama-free, nice and friendly to roommates and very clean. We want to have a warm, friendly household and have everyone get along.

Can I share? No, in order to keep the house unencumbered.

Basic House Rules No drugs. No smoking on Property including E-cigarettes/vapes, etc.

Office workers, Professionals, college students, all background screened except college students. No smoking, No drug in the house. No Pets. House is located in an quiet neighborhood.
