My house is on the water in Lacey township and can accommodate a boat or jet ski for an additional fee. With a 75’ bulkhead and electric lift to keep a boat or jetski out of the water.
Looking to share my home with an extremely clean, quiet and responsible adult. You will have your own furnished bedroom and bathroom with a large stall shower, sink n vanity & toilet. There is a living room n family room both have fireplaces and sofas. A very large chefs kitchen n dining area. The backyard has pavers with a swing, 5 lounge chairs and large table. A gas bbq grill and a outdoor fireplace for chilly nights. A small jacuzzi for 2, hopefully I will be putting a pool in by next summer. There is an area for a vegetable garden that you are welcomed to plant in and a huge flower garden filled with lavender and beautiful flowers. As I mentioned I am very particular who I will share my home with mostly because I have 3 very tiny yorkies that I don’t vaccinate due to their size, so shoes are removed by the front door to prevent bringing in street germs. The pups must like you and vice versa. They are pretty quiet at night n sleep in my room however will bark if someone comes in the house. They are only allowed in the back area of the house where there is no area rugs. Property has camera surveillance for security and indoor puppy cams in kitchen n living room to monitor pups when I am out. Rental room and front living room is not monitored by cameras. I am partially retired and work a few days a week. Enjoying getting out to meet friends for a drink n dancing on the weekend. A tad OCD but otherwise very easy going. My daughters may visit for a day or two a few times a year. Rarely will they both come together. I have great neighbors on both sides and across the street. It’s a very laid back neighborhood and we all are respectful to one another and turn down our music after 11pm. I enjoy relaxing after work and love cooking gourmet foods. Generally will watch tv at night and relax…I am a put your glass on a coaster kinda girl and don’t leave dishes in the sink. We can work out food arrangements if you wish to join me for dinner or take turns. I don’t like cooking anything That has strong odors indoors however there is an outdoor grill with a side burner for that. I have a “you break it you replace it” rule because accidents happen. Otherwise I am pretty easy going.
