Beautiful 3-bedroom 2nd floor apartment overlooking the bay and Alcatraz in North Beach. Room is a private room with shared bathroom. Living room is completely furnished with balcony overlooking the bay. Location is an easy walk to many local restaurants and shops. Street parking is available but will require city permit. Utilities are included in rent. Coin-operated laundry that is separate from the apartment is available (in the same building). Area around the apartment is safe and relatively quiet by SF standards. Apartment is cannabis and alcohol-friendly. Looking for someone to commit to a 12-month lease

Roomies are myself (29y/o male) and 27y/o female who owns a dog (mini Australian Shepherd). Bathroom will be shared with myself and is shower / toilet / sink only. Other roomie and I are very social and host friends/pregames a few times a month, including late sometimes during weekends, so please do not inquire if this will be an issue. That being said, other roomie and I are cleanly and respectful and keep the apartment tidy and orderly and definitely enjoy our down-time. Both of us work from home but I will spend ~1 day a week in the office and have to travel for work semi-frequently, sometimes up to 1-2 weeks at a time. All in all we are very fun people who enjoy taking advantage of what SF has to offer, so we welcome anyone who also fits that description. Ideally we would want someone who enjoys doing similar things and who would want to be included in hanging out with us and our friends if they so desired. Cheers!
