The lease ends in March and I’m looking for someone to take over my half of it ASAP as I’m moving out of state for work.

The apartment complex (Harrington Square - managed by Greystar) has many amenities included with rent, i.e modern gym with a Peloton, Amazon Lockers, in-unit washer and dryer, & elevator access in both buildings.

About the roomies

About the roomie - his name is Asher. He’s really quiet while he’s working but will totally have a conversation when he’s off. He has a doggo named Jax, who’s a lover if you want cuddles. He’s about 8 years old and sleeps most of the day in Asher’s room. He doesn’t come into this room unless you invite him, even then he only comes in for less than a minute. He’ll greet you when you’re home and he loves treats.
