1/1 Apartment lived in by only one previous tenant and kept in pristine condition. Walk-in closet plus washer and dryer in unit. A/C controlled by tenant. Private covered entrance, and designated parking spot. The preferred tenant will be clean, responsible, and respectful of noise levels as this is a quiet neighborhood. Centrally located, 15 mins from downtown, 20 mins from south Tampa, 15 mins from airport and shopping at International plaza. The rent includes all utilities and Wi-Fi. Small dogs are considered on a case by case basis with additional security deposit and $25 monthly pet rent. This will be a month to month lease but I prefer to rent only to those intending to stay at least 6 months.

I live in the adjoining house and will be onsite should any queries arise. This listing is for a private 1/1 apartment you will not be sharing the space with myself or any other tenant.
