About the room

Great for a Student or Military. I’m renting 1 bedroom in a private quiet community, walking distance from Mira Costa College and 3 miles from Camp Pendleton in Oceanside. I’m also close to the Rancho De Oro Sprinter stop for those who don’t have vehicle. We have plenty of street parking for those with vehicles and close to the 78 and 5 freeway. The home is close to various shopping centers, including the Carlsbad Mall just over the 78. The house is a two story with 4-bedroom with a small yard in the front and back. The rent is $1200 per month, utilities included, plus $1,200 deposit and it would be a 1 year, month to month contract. Serious inquiries only, please.
