I’m also close to the Rancho De Oro Sprinter stop for those who don’t have vehicle. We have plenty of street parking for those with vehicles and close to the 78 and 5 freeway. The home is close to various shopping centers, including the Carlsbad Mall just over the 78. The house is a two story with 4-bedroom with a small yard in the front and back. The rent is $1200 per month, plus $1,200 deposit and it would be a 12-month to month contract. Only serious inquiries, please.
