Couple living here. I work full-time Mon-Sat in Bluffton. My partner also works full time on base and is nearly never home. We are 27 and 29. We do have two dogs, so must be dog friendly. If you have a dog, that’s great, but you will need to get on the lease because our property manager is very strict regarding pets. We are laid back and don’t really have any pet peeves regarding roommates, we only ask that you keep the kitchen clean. That’s it. We don’t care what you do, who you have over. It’s your place too once you move in. We do work full time, so just be respectful. Don’t blast music on the speaker downstairs on a Tuesday. Things like that. Common courtesy
