Al's room

Completely furnished home in North Grafton. All you need are your personal belongings. We have a huge yard with an in-ground pool; sunroom; deck; beautifully landscaped yard; off street parking; etc. We are in a quiet rural setting, but are near major roads, malls and restaurants (15 minutes from Worcester). Each person gets a private furnished bedroom, and we share the rest of the house (kitchen, 2.5 baths, living room, laundry facilities, large screen TV with many movie channels free, WI-FI free, and more…). The living situation is very quiet and comfortable. Two cats (“Summer” and “Ashley”) and one small Yorkshire terrier (“Sprout”) live here. No other cats or dogs please. Guests are always welcome. Room available March 1. Rent is $900 per person (includes all utilities). Great price. Great location.
