The property is a privately owned upgraded townhouse located off of University Ave and SW Sixth ST and is the only unit like this available for rent. It is located in downtown Gainesville and is only a 5 minute walk to Depot Park, a 5 minute walk to restaurants and Bars, and is only a 15 minute walk or a 5 min bike ride to campus straight down University. This is great for older students, professionals, and any young adult wanting to experience the best of Gainesville. If you value being close to your community, being active, and need to save time/energy on transportation this is an amazing spot for you to be!

It includes water and sewage, electricity and wifi will be paid separately to me every month. It has fully upgraded appliances, wood flooring through out the entire townhouse (even in your bedroom), an open kitchen and living room layout with a very small patio over looking SW sixth street with a very private layout design for the rest of the townhouse. A washer and dryer is included in addition to a reserved parking space.

There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, but only one bedroom in addition to mine (yours) is available for rent to eliminate having to live with one more roommate. Your bedroom will be downstairs with the main entrance which is located on the second floor of the community. This floor will have your private bathroom, the kitchen, and the living room on it. My bedroom will be upstairs with a bathroom and the second bedroom along with having a third floor entrance. I figured for the second bedroom we would make it a designated study/work space, yoga room, meditation room, storage space, etc,. It will be for both of us to utilize and design together!

The apartment does come unfurnished but most of the living room and kitchen will be furnished by me. Move in is tentatively the beginning of July, I am not guaranteeing a certain date because of the flexibility of the move-in. The first month of rent and refundable security deposit will be due June 30th, this totals to $2550.

I am a 24 year old female who works full time and is completing an online program at UF. I like to try to live a healthy lifestyle with my diet and mindset on life, I enjoy going out and meeting new people, reading, exercising, trying new things, and try to have as much fun as possible when I can! I tend to stay very busy so it’s very important to me that my home is my sanctuary and safe place. I equally enjoy socializing and having my alone time. I tend to be more outgoing and like to hang around fun, down to earth individuals. I am VERY clean, responsible, respectful, positive, mindful, and honest.
