About the space: •The apartment is a 2 bedroom/1.5 bath on the ground floor in a fairly new constructed building. •There are two floors, the 2 bedrooms and kitchen and full bath are upstairs and downstairs is a huge living area used as a living room, with the half bathroom. •There is a big living room and decent sized kitchen with an island and everything you need for cooking/eating. There is a dishwasher, a pantry and decent counter space and food storage. The apartment is furnished with a couch, coffee tables, 65 inch tv, and rugs. •The neighborhood has lots of coffee shops, bars, and very safe for a single woman. We’re also about 10-15 min walk from Prospect Park and a 5-10 min walk to the 2,3,4 train too. Since this is a lease renewal you will need to show proof of income (40x rent, guarantors are okay) and 650+ credit score. Utilities vary depending on usage but can be anywhere from $100-$300.

A little about me: I’m in my 20s years and currently work at Lenox Hill Hospital 3 days a week. I try to keep the place clean and organized. I have a 4 year old 40 lb dog who is super sweet and cuddly. So whoever is interested has to be open with a dog possibly following them around the apartment and occasionally wanting to snuggle 🥲 I’m LGBTQ friendly and super laid back. I’m big into health/fitness, and checking out bars/restaurants in the area. Looking for someone like minded open to becoming roommates/friends!
