Lease Details:

• 12 month lease that starts August 1, 2022
• rent $1650/month + 1 month deposit required
• utilities not included (depends on usage but roughly $100/person with current usage)

Room pictured is mine before I moved in, shown just for reference. You will be in the other, larger master bedroom with a slightly different layout, with its own en suite bathroom & walk-in closet. Currently, my roommate is there, but we can work out a time for you to come view it in person if you’re interested :)

Your only roommate would be me & my cat, who’s quiet & stays in my room 24/7 & would never be in shared common areas. I’m in my late 20s & I’m pretty social & easy-going so I’d love to be friendly with my roommate, but I’m pretty quiet & know how to keep to myself too.
