Located 5 minutes away from a Broad St Line station and less than 15 minutes away from Temple’s Main Campus, this room in a house is the ideal location for a student. This room is also available to other types of applicants.

The property is a house that is recently renovated with hardwood flooring. There are 5 private bedrooms on the second and third floors. There are 2 full shared bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is a master bedroom that has a private bedroom.

The first floor is a fully furnished common area with a living, dining, and kitchen area. Washer and dryer is also available. Wi-Fi and water are included in the rent with electricity and gas costing separately.

I am a full time Temple University Student who also works part time. I mostly keep to myself. Other housemates are individual renters who vary in age and occupations.
