Looking for a preferably female roommate to sublet a room in my apartment. Room gets lots of afternoon sun with floor to ceiling storage closets. Can fit a full bed and has access to its own bathroom. It’s in the back of the apartment so it’s quiet too. Laundry and grocery are both a block away, and there’s two M train stops about a 5-10 minute walk. Landlady is super responsive and helpful. Apartment has updated appliances and a dishwasher. My room is on the other side of the apartment and there’s a little light well so the kitchen and living area(both fully furnished) get natural light as well. Rent is $975 plus utilities (they average about 50-60 a month). Please, no other pets. DM me for details or any questions you might have :)

I’m a twenty-something who works in a creative field. I’m pretty quiet and respectful of your stuff and your space. I live with my cat who warms up to people pretty quickly. I want the space to be comfortable, homey, and neat and I’m all for hanging out or making a coffee run if you’d like!
