I’m looking for a female roommate to live with at my home in Sugarhouse! This is a great area with lots of parks nearby, and very close to downtown Sugarhouse. I am looking for someone who is organized, positive, clean and who hopefully loves dogs! (I have a Corgi puppy named Ranger).

The house is very spacious! On the main floor there is a great big living room, dining room, kitchen, and full bathroom along with a shared closet in the entryway to store large jackets in the summertime (or whenever you want)! On the second floor, there are 3 bedrooms, and another bathroom. The room with the beige walls was my guest room, and is the room you will be renting.

This room has 2 large windows, with great views of the mountains and trees, as well as a big closet. The room also has a floor gas fireplace which is great for the winter months! All of the furniture in the room and clothes in the closet will be obviously be gone before move in as well. This house has lots of natural lighting, great for plants and sunlight lovers! There is a washer/dryer in unit, and you will also get your own parking space right in front of the garage. There is a nice grassy area in the backyard for hanging out in the sun (or the shade).

There are shared utilities, wifi is $35/m each, electric is around $50/m, and gas is around $50/m as well. Electric and gas do vary slightly, depending on the season. The room will be available for move in July 1st!

My name is Mimi, I’m a 24 year old female (turning 25 July 25th)! I have lived here for 3 years, and I love the area. I work from Sunday - Thursday, 8 AM- 4PM. I do work from home with my office set up in my room. I love to watch movies, hang with friends, and play with my dog! I have a very cute 7 month old Corgi puppy named Ranger who lives here with me as well! He is very friendly, and loves all people. Unfortunately there are no other dogs allowed, I had to go through an application process to have mine approved as an ESA. I do not own the house, I have a property management company that I rent through, so if I do take a liking to you, you would will also need apply through them, which I will walk you through.
