The apartment is in the heart of Downtown Silver Spring, right across the street from grocery stores, and within 5 minute walking distance from shopping, bars and restaurants. The unit has all renovated appliances and hardwood floors in the common area. The room is about 10’ x 11’ with a large walk in closet and a spacious bathroom with much storage space.

The property managers are amazing and receive great reviews. The apartment building has a club room and rooftop lounge area. The area is safe, and a great urban location.

I am the only other person living in the apartment. I am laid back, clean and organized, communicative and respectful. I work remotely from home, in my room throughout the week. I love to explore the DMV area and try new things. I don’t smoke, but drink socially. I have no pets, but welcome cats.
