Hello there. I have a spare room for rent with a private bathroom in South Mountain, Phoenix available in mid March. There’s a full bed and a desk in the room for you to use. This is a 2020 built house in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Rent includes utilities. No smoking , heavy drinking, or illegal drug use are allowed. No pets, please. This room is for one adult only.
