Hello All!

We are looking for a new roommate to move into our 4 bedroom 2.5 half bath home! The home is located in a great location right next to the on-ramp of the 126 which means it is only around a 10-15 minute drive to downtown Ventura! The room can be available as soon as possible as our previous roommate has already moved out since they just recently purchased a home!

The room is about 10’ x 10’ and you would be sharing a bathroom with one other person. The bathroom itself is nice because it does have dual sinks! There is also an unused loft area upstairs that you are free to use for whatever you may see fit!

The rent itself would be $905/month (890$ + 15$ for the gardener) that would be paid directly to the owner. Please note upon move in the owner does require first month, last month and security deposit for a total of $2,225. You would also be replacing our previous roommate on the lease which runs through 1/31/2023. We do plan to resign the lease for another year at that time in case you’d also be interested in a longer term home as well! Resigning is not required though.

About us: There are currently 3 of us living in the home, we all recently turned 30. There is a couple that has the master bedroom and the smaller bedroom as the female works from home. You would be sharing a bathroom with our other male roommate. Both male roommates work in kitchens and due to their schedules are gone a lot throughout the day and get home late at night, but they do know how to cook up a nice meal! We are pretty laid back and clean up after ourselves. We do like to host occasionally, but we don’t have people over all the time. We love to try new restaurants, watch movies and tv and just hang out. We do want to mention that we are 420 friendly, that does not mean you have to partake, but would just need to be okay with that.

We don’t have too many house rules other than being respectful of one another’s space. This will be your home so you will be able to access all shared spaces at anytime and have friends over or overnight guests if you’d like.
