I am Looking for a female to re-let and take over my lease for a room in a 4 bed 4 bath as I am no longer moving to Buffalo. The apartment is Axis 360 located at 89 Lasalle Ave. The apartment has lots of amenities which can be found here https://www.liveaxis360.com/buffalo-ny-apartments/axis-360/amenities/ and is a safe gated apartment complex. All utilities are included except electricity. Rent is cheaper than market rate as I signed the lease before the prices went up. It will be $789/month instead of $819/month.
