The available room is the master, which has an en-suite bathroom. The bedroom pictured is my own, so the available room is actually a little bigger. Utilities TBD, current roommate pays internet and I pay ComEd (we can discuss). Very quiet building / complex. MOVE IN JULY OR AUG, current roommate leaves first weekend in July. Lease re-signing for next year in July.
