I’m a 33 year old male. I will be the only other person living at this Home. I work a full time job from 8a-5:3p Tues-Saturday so for most of the morning I’d be gone. I’m a home chef and enjoy cooking from time to time. I do a little oil pastel. I enjoy swimming. For the most part I’m pretty respectful. I’m looking for someone to rent the room till October 22’ As I will be terming the lease then. 400$ flat, I will cover everything else.
