About the room
Hi! I know how stressful it can be finding a place that actually feels like home, so I wanted to share a little about mine.
I have a room available in a clean, modern home in Otay Ranch. It’s a really safe, quiet area with tons of nearby spots- grocery stores, restaurants, and great walking/running trails.
The room is upstairs with lots of natural light, and the house is fully updated with wood floors and new appliances. The vibe here is peaceful, comfortable, and drama-free. We also love to BBQ and hang out during the summer.
I’m looking for someone who’s respectful, easygoing, and responsible with rent and bills. Ideally someone with a stable job who’s looking for a calm, comfortable place to live. Females only, no children, pets, or couples. Preferred age 22–40.

About the roomies
Everyone in the home are working professionals and very kind as well as easy going. We work a lot and most of the time no one is home during the day time so I am just looking for someone who all of us can trust and share the same work ethic.
