Grant Park Roommate Needed (Starting Aug 1) Atlanta Ave SE, Atlanta, GA 30315

Hey Yall! I’m looking for one roommate who is fairly clean to replace one of my current roommates in the third bedroom of this house in the Grant Park/Summerhill area! The house is 3 bedroom, 2 and a half bath. It is myself in the master, my male friend who’s also gay in one bedroom, then the third open bedroom! It’s about a mile walk to Grant Park/the zoo, & about the same distance to GA State Stadium (AKA Center Park Stadium). 10 min highway commute to midtown. I graduated from GA State in June, i’m gay, & have 2 playful cats that I like to hangout with in the backyard a lot & like to cuddle with. Rent is $675, + roughly $120-140 utilities per person depending on our usage (that’s internet, gas, power, wifi.)

The 2 non-master rooms share a Jack-n-Jill full bathroom. There is also a half bath in the hallway of the house (toilet and sink). The bedrooms are maybe on the smaller side a bit, but the rest of the house is open and spacious. Cute and safe neighborhood with walkable restaurants, very friendly neighbors. I just graduated from GSU in public policy in June. I’m looking for someone clean and respectful of the common spaces. Myself and the other roommate like to go out and party at times, hang out with a drink at home, or just chill and hang out with some music. I can be a night owl at times but always try to stay as quiet as possible if anyone is sleeping. I have two cats that like to play sometimes so they have some toys around to play with while I’m gone lol. If you don’t want them in your room it’s no problem if just close the door.
