Modern 3bed/3bath located in central Mission Valley, with easy access to nearby stores of all kinds + nearby freeways for quick travel to almost everywhere in SD county. The home is a 3 story townhome (bottom floor is garage and storage) with no elevator access, so you will be climbing stairs. 💪😤

The home is in a quiet, gated community for safe parking and living. Other community amenities include fitness room, pool, hot tub, tennis courts, basketball court, BBQ areas, and decent walking paths.

Unit includes a garage with space for 2 cars (will need to be shared amongst 3 people, additional resident parking available outside). Guests must use shared guest passes.

In-unit washer+dryer in garage, air conditioning, and heater. Modest living room, dining area, and kitchen space on 2nd floor.

This room is located on 2nd floor with paired bathroom located outside of the room, neighboring kitchen and living room. Rent does not include utilities (trash, internet, water, gas/electric).

You will be sharing the house with two others (myself and one other person TBD), as well as my cat, Midna (very friendly, chill indoor only cat). No other pets allowed by landlord.

About myself: Hello, my name is Jeremy. 😁 I am a 27 years old working professional. Currently, I work for a biotech company in digital marketing. I work from home most days, so I will usually be home all day during the week - I go into the office a few times per month . My educational background is in Biology (especially plant + pollinator interactions). On my free time, I enjoy going on walks, socializing over food or drinks, playing + making music, video games, tabletop board games, and painting. As a roommate, I try keep communal spaces fairly clean and respect other peoples’ space. I may be heard playing piano or listening to music occasionally, but I try not to be a disturbance. Late at night, I try to keep quieter and use headphones when necessary. I am a very occasional user of cannabis, outside on balcony only. My partner typically visits 2-3 times per week, and I may occasionally have a friend or two over. Likewise, I have no problems with guests in the shared space as long as it doesn’t become 24/7! My cat will become friends with you. 😸
