Looking to get a new roommate starting July 1st or sooner potentially, preferably an individual but a couple would be cool as well.

Place is a 4/2, 1920sqft mobile home, the price would be $750/month plus half of utilities. 7 minutes or so from downtown, on CR 214, Saint Augustine.

Not looking for super loud people or a bunch of partying, which is why I’d just like one person or one couple instead of renting all the rooms separately. Looking for someone who is business/personal growth/spiritually minded. A good person who pulls their own weight and can communicate. Living together is a relationship in itself, and it should be a joy instead of a burden in my opinion.
