This is a ranch, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, offering one room to the right person. There is an open floor plan. The room you will be staying in already has a bed and dresser. Or I can move it out. The house is furnished. There is a great room that overlooks the large common area. Full-size showers. Located in a friendly, convenient neighborhood.

I am a full-time working mom with two teenagers. The cost of living has increased and I would love to split costs with someone. I work full-time and have shared custody with my children’s father.
