Anacristina's room

Hello. My husband and I share our beautiful home with our 19 year old son who is a sophomore in college.

The studio we are renting was built out of a single car garage so it is quite large (enough to fit a small SUV). There is enough room for a full size or queen bed plus a small futon or sofa for guests. It is private with its own private entrance. The studio has a closet, a fridge, a microwave, a convection oven and a small cupboard. It does NOT have a stove or kitchen sink. The bathroom is located right inside the door. The studio looks very modern with light gray paint and wood floors. It is bright and cheerful yet when the blinds are closed it lends itself to darkness for sleep and watching movies.

We are looking for zero drama! We want someone quiet, responsible and private since we keep to ourselves.

There is no shared space. The studio and the bathroom is what is included.

Husband, wife, 19 year old son. We are private and looking for a private and quiet person.
