cera's room

this is a 2nd floor room in a townhouse. you would be taking over our current lease (11 mo. left). the house shared with one couple (male and female) and one other male. the bathroom is shared with one person. 15 minutes from disneyland, starbucks 2 minutes away. garage parking for 50$/mo, outside parking 25$/mo. and a community pool. no a/c but there is a ceiling fan and a big window to keep open with a beautiful view. we’ve kept it cool with an arctic air fan. the room fits a queen size bed comfortably, has a spacious closet with mirrored doors and a hallway storage cabinet. please message me with any questions you have!

our roomates are super kind and quiet, 2/3 disneyland cast members. we don’t have any pets in the house.
