Regan's room

I live in a third floor apartment in a private, gated apartment complex in Northeast Columbia. My roommate recently moved out of state for graduate school, and I am re-signing my lease at the end of July/beginning of August and am looking for a roommate to get re-approved with me. Currently I am a pet-free apartment and would prefer to stay that way, but if you have a pet you would cover the cost of the initial pet fee and pet rent. The apartment is spacious with your own bedroom and bathroom, plus a walk-in closet. Living room, kitchen and dining spaces are already partially furnished. I already have my own washer and dryer in the apartment. The complex comes with a pool, business center and gym - as well as ample parking. Water, sewer, internet, electric and half of the rent would all be included in what you pay once per month as all the bills are in my name. Average cost for the month (including all utilities) ranges from $ with the fluctuation in water and electric.

I’m a 23 year old high school Spanish teacher. I drive into the downtown area for work. I am super type A and extroverted so I tend to keep a clean apartment. I love getting to know new people, but am totally open to letting a new roommate have as little or as much interaction with me as they want. In my free time, I take swing and shag dance lesson, enjoy shopping, going to sporting events or checking out local bars downtown.
