About the room
Located between Prospect Heights and Crown Heights, this apartment is two blocks from the Brooklyn Museum and a 5 min walk away from the Grand Army Plaza entrance of Prospect Park. On Washington Ave, providing easy access to multiple bars and restaurants and only two blocks away from Franklin Ave in Crown Heights. Easy access to the 2,3,4 and 5 trains and multiple citi bike locations around the apartment making commuting to Manhattan very quick. Laundry mat in the building.
Apartment itself is a spacious four bedroom with two bathrooms shared between two roommates. Plenty of kitchen/ counter space with skylights letting in ample amounts of sunlight. Living room area offers plenty of room to host friends and guests are always welcome.
