This fully furnished private bedroom is available immediately to one female tenant. This is a beautifully furnished large bedroom in a quiet top-level, 2-bedroom condo with vaulted ceilings in the living room. It is a 2-story building, so only one flight of stairs from the ground. The bathroom is shared. The two bedrooms do NOT share walls. The walls are thick and all the neighbors are quiet; they’re almost all single working people; there are no kids in this building.

INCREDIBLE LOCATION. Right off 1300 East in the fantastic Fort Union area. 20-minute drive to the University of Utah. Walking distance to Walmart, Target, Smith’s, Starbucks, all the shops and restaurants and grocery stores you could need. 1 mile from the I-215 on-ramp. 2-minute walk to a bus stop. ***Even though it’s in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the Fort Union commercial district, this condo is tucked in the back of a quiet neighborhood, surrounded by giant trees, and Little Cottonwood Creek runs 150 feet away from the bedroom window (you can hear it in the spring/summer). You’ll have access to the nice outdoor pool and hot tub, as well as the gazebo on the back lawn which has a stone fireplace, picnic tables, and grill.

The listed price includes all utilities (electric, gas, and internet). You’ll have full use of all appliances (washer and dryer in-unit), full use of all kitchen wares. You will be expected to clean up after yourself in the kitchen and bathroom, and take turns cleaning the bathroom (once per month).

I am pretty quiet and keep to myself, I don’t have company over often, and I am looking for a roommate of a similar disposition. I like being sociable, but I am not looking for a new BFF to hang out with all the time. :)

Ideal tenant is someone with not a lot of stuff. This condo does not have much storage space. Tenant will get half the kitchen cupboards, half the fridge/freezer, and half the cabinet in the bathroom. There is no room for extra furniture such as couches, tables, etc, unless they fit in your bedroom.

This room is available to ONE female tenant. No children. No couples (and no boyfriends/girlfriends staying overnight regularly). Absolutely no animals of any kind (zero exceptions, don’t even ask), and no smokers. Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination will be required before signing a lease.

3-month rental agreement, with option to renew after 3 months.
