Emma's room

Renting out one of our two bedrooms! The apartment is a 2 bed/bath that we’re renting, and we’re looking for someone to move into one of the rooms/they would also get their own bathroom. Location is South Loop near Printers Row and a few minute walk to Harrison or Roosevelt station/numerous bus routes. About a 15 minute walk to Millennium Park area/few minute walk to Grant Park. Nice building with a pool/parking. Near 9th/State street. The picture of the bedroom is from before we moved in (we’re still moving stuff out of it) and the picture of the bathroom is current (we would move our stuff out and it would be solely for the renter moving in).

We’re a couple looking for someone to share our space starting August 1st! Emma is a graduate student and Antony is a physical therapist. We’re both busy/gone most of the day but tend to be around on the weekends. We like to explore Chicago, watch movies, spend time with our cat, and spend time with friends. Willow is our kitty, who unfortunately does not do well with other animals. We’re looking for someone who is tidy in shared spaces, is comfortable with cats, and overall is considerate/kind as we hope to be too!
