Will's room

Warm two-story house with four bedrooms, a basement, and two shared bathrooms. The area is a quiet, suburban neighborhood in Bridgewater that is close to major shopping centers (target, wegmans, trader joes, home depot, etc). We are also close to several major highways (22, 78, 287, etc.) and our house is a short drive away from Rutgers New Brunswick. We have an excellent backyard and a private driveway along with an in unit washer and dryer and shared kitchen. The landlords are very accommodating and take care of property maintenance. We also separately pay for someone to clean the house which you will not be required to pay for! There is also exercise equipment on the property that can be used (dumbells, an elliptical, a pullup bar, and a free-standing punching bag). Cable and internet are included as well!

We would like to meet either virtually or in-person first before we have a separate meeting to show you the house!

Our house is currently comprised of two 25-year-old males, both therapists and one musician who are easy-going and social. We enjoy watching movies, hanging out, and occasionally having people over and barbecuing. We are respectful of one’s space and need for privacy and are open to having both social as well as introverted housemates. It should be noted that we will occasionally have other musicians over to record and practice music but these will not take place at odd hours. We also have a cat!
