Anya's room

This is a spacious, modern, brand new 4- bedroom, solar home with a whole floor to yourself in the Painted Prairie home development, 10 minutes to the airport, and 5 minutes to a light-rail (A-line) station taking you to the doors of Union Station. This area affords you access to a ton of open space, parks, grocery stores and restaurants in a short driving distance. This community is diverse, quiet, and a little paradise. As my roommate, you would have access to your own space (bedroom, walk-in closet, full bathroom, and an unfurnished large living room/ gym space). You would have access to shared spaces as well including a large kitchen, living, room, laundry room, and outdoor space. You would also have your own parking spot in a covered garage.

I am a compassionate, active, professional who works from home 3-5 days a week (M-F) and enjoys traveling. I work hard and enjoy a balance of being active and enjoying what Colorado has to offer. I have one 25lb dog who is lovely and easy to be around. I have no other roommates and an occasional guest.
