Looking for a female roommate . You get a master bedroom for $900 all utilities included in a spacious 2 floor condo on the creek. Washer and dryer in unit. Not asking for much, just keep common areas clean , no crazy parties or drugs. I have no problem if you bring your friends over as long as it’s not on daily basis . Tjmaxx, food lion and highway exit 5 min away. 10 min to oceanfront. Security deposit $400, and lease application $50 . Available September 15th , lease ends in June 2023 so far. No pets preferably and no couples.

I’m currently an active duty military. Pretty down to earth . Looking for someone to co-sign my existing lease .
