Two bedrooms for rent. This one has a cable line, carpet, furniture, three-lighted fan, automatic bed W/remote (with or without mattress), no tv or other electronics, small closet, and two lamps. The additional room can be rented and used as a baby’s room or child’s room…or an office. I’m asking $350 for the extra room. I’m willing to speak and possibly rent to a male or a female. LGBTQ friendly. I don’t care for smoking in the house as I am an asthmatic but outside is fine. Depending on the vape, I might be able to tolerate it okay. Ask
