please note, I have a 6 year old female golden retriever and 2 kittens. The cats can take care of themselves. You MUST be able to feed the dog and let her out between 5-6pm Monday-Friday while I’m at work. Please do not message me if you are unable to do this. This is the primary reason I am looking for a roommate. If you are going to be out of town for long stretches of time or can’t commit to coming home to feed the dog before going out for the night do not apply. Seriously. This will be in the contract and will be a lease breaker.

No additional pets. No smoking. No heavy drinking. Must love animals. Overnight guests are fine occasionally but not like every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday every single week. If you’re gone, your guest should be too. Utilities are included (electric, water/trash, internet, yard maintenance).

Great for walking. Located in Candler. 10 minutes from the outlets, bent creek, the arboretum and blue ridge parkway. 15 minutes to downtown. 15 minutes to biltmore park.

Super fast internet (around 300mbps download speed). You will have full access to the house and all the dishware/cooking supplies etc. Room for you to grow vegetables and flowers in the backyard.

I’m a single 34 year old male UPS Driver. I work upwards of 50 hours a week. I’m usually gone Mon-Fri from 830am- 7 or 8pm. I like to keep things clean for the safety of the animals and just because. I’m pretty quiet and keep to myself but would be down to hang out and talk. When I’m not at work I like hanging out in the yard doing some gardening or taking the dog on walks. My dog is an absolute love bug and will want to be around you all the time. She will cuddle with you if you let her. Have two kittens that are indoor only. Big on communication, boundaries, and respect for each other.
