About the room
The Home is located in Historic Hamlin Park which is on the East side of Buffalo, New York, There are several Universities within walking distance, The rooms vary in size they began at 650.00 per month and the Master suite is 1,000.00 per month. all utilities and bills are included. There are 2 levels available to rent, I would prefer males on one and females on another. I would also prefer graduate or foreign students and or individuals who work in the medical field.
About the roomies
I am a retired teacher. recently widowed. I did my undergraduate work at SUNY Fredonia and my graduate work at Texas Southern University. I have 30+ years of classroom experience and may be subbing in the fall. I just began renting the home and there are currently no occupants.
