Private room and bath for rent in a cozy 3 bedroom house in the heart of Goldsboro, NC. The house is fully furnished and in close proximity to the Wayne Memorial Hospital, Cherry Hospital, and Seymour Johnson Air Force Base. It’s located within walking distance of a beautiful golf course. It’s also in a prime location with close access to highways, restaurants and shopping.

There are currently two male roommates in the home. Looking for one additional roommate to share the space. Great option for travelling nurses, transitioning military personnel, student interns or anyone looking for an affordable place to live. Minimum of 3 months stay. Room is available April 1st! Rent is $700 monthly which includes all utilities and internet/wifi. Deposit of $700 (refundable), $50 application fee, $25 key fee and $150 cleaning fee (deducted from deposit at move out), all other fees due upon moving in. Sorry no pets! Serious inquiries only!
