I have 2 rooms in this house to rent. Only for respectful and serious renters. The house is at the end of a cull de sac. Quiet neighborhood, and everyone in the house is quiet and respectful. You are welcome to use the pool anytime provided that you let everyone know if you decide to bring friends or family. You MUST be a clean person. You need to clean after yourself outside at the pool but also after you use the kitchen. You’ll be also responsible for cleaning the commune areas of the house one time every 4 weeks or we will provide cleaning for a fee. Utilities are divided in 5 parts, you pay 1/5. That includes gas, water, internet and electricity (pool and lawn maintenance are paid by the owner) The room can be furnished or be unfurnished. There is no smoking in the premises. Common areas are fully furnished.
There are only 2 people currently living in the house. They work or study . There are no loud parties in the house and everyone respects quiets hours.
