I have a room available in a 2-bedroom 1 bath adorable condo. The room is spacious with lots of closet space. Looking for a potential female roommate who’s is respectful and clean.
Location: Located off Duke St. with the convenance of being close to the Van Dorn St metro station and multiple bus stops just right outside the condo. The condo is in walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Takes about 15 mins to get to Arlington or Old Town. Neighborhood is very close to 395/495 for a seamless commute.
Price: 1,300 a month with all utilities plus Wifi included.
No pets are allowed.
