Across the street from the NU campus, close to the lake, a block from the Whole Foods Market, close to trains, shopping, dining and entertainment, downtown Evanston. A ride to Chicago Loop takes approximately 30 minutes by Metra. Public garage is available across the street at Evanston Place, paid separately. Free in unit laundry, free Internet, filtered drinking water. No security deposit and I might waive a background check for Northwestern graduates/staff. No pets.

The other bedroom is occupied by a quiet young professional, 30, NU alumni, who lives there for 7+ years already. The main interests: nature, sports, art and music.
