Private room recently remodeled with ensuite bathroom, large windows, furnished, plenty of closet and storage space, high vaulted ceiling, in a quiet neighborhood less than 2 miles to campus. Will share beautiful kitchen and living room with family and 2 kids 9 and 10 years old.

Professional dad, occasional mom visiting. Very lovely kids. Great if can work out babysitting schedule, pickup/drop off, but not required. All utilities included.
