-Must be organized, quiet, respectful and clean. -No smoking, drugs or pets. -Single occupancy. -No sleepovers . -Basic house rules apply

-Ideal for a college student or young professional.

-Looking for a minimum one year commitment.

**Proof of income, references, background and credit check REQUIRED.

$1350 per month includes heat, electricity and wifi. First month’s rent +1 month security deposit required to move in. The security deposit will be fully refunded when you move out as long as the apartment has not been damaged in any way.
