The common area is shared and fully furnished. Bathroom is shared. The Internet will be $23/month Lawn Maintenance $10/month Utilities will be split 50/50 between the two of you. The room is empty to make it yours, but I do not mind putting a bed/mattress in there.

Requirement: -Must have a good credit score, no prior evictions -Month-to-month rental

Move In Fee: First month’s rent ($900) and security deposit ($500).
