About the room

Neighborhood: Best of both worlds. Up in the hills in the west side, great views, feeling of being away from it all. Yet, still a short drive to downtown, UTEP, Mesa St, I-10.

House: You would have a small furnished bedroom with private bath. You would have shared use of kitchen, laundry room, and backyard, including pool.

Two notes regarding the pics: The Murphy bed comes out of wall; it’s a short queen. Also, we no longer have the hot tub in the back yard.

About the roomies

If you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful place, this is it! No loud music or parties inside, but we occasionally bbq and have get togethers in the backyard. I live here with my fiance. Otherwise, it would just be you and maybe one more renter in the house. Hobbies include hiking and traveling, when I get a free minute from work or cleaning the pool :)
